A few things worth knowing before you submit

Getting a quote does not commit you to anything. Installers who contact you are MCS-certified, which is the industry standard for heat pump and air conditioning installation. MCS certification is also a requirement for eligibility under the government’s Boiler Upgrade Scheme if you are considering an air-to-air heat pump.

We recommend getting at least two or three quotes before making a decision. Prices for the same installation can vary by hundreds of pounds between installers, and a survey visit allows a good installer to identify anything that might affect the final cost before you commit.

If you have questions about the installation process, costs, or what to look for in a quote, the guides on this site are a good starting point before you speak to any installer.
